A lot of stuff there. I've been trying, successfully for now, to make sure my pile doesn't increase for now. Although I've already resigned myself to some FW orders when they do the Lion and Crusade.

Have you tried talking her into maybe getting a new tablecloth? Perhaps some placemats instead?

 

i believe GW sells some very nice 22-by-30 inch placemats. Hard, sturdy, and very 42nd Millenium!!

 

Im.surr a good case can be made for such an improvement ;)

I am similar to our government, as I have a very strickt "reduce the pile of shame before you get any new debt/models" policy.

Following that policy I recently bought 2 Invictors, 2 Impulsors, 1 Executioner, 6 Eliminators, 15 Infiltrators and 4 HQ Models.

 

Grey stuff lying around waiting to get painted is:

Several Devastators, Ravenwing Bikes, Black Knights, all the Tau weapons I magnetized but never use and 5 Sector Imperialis Terrain kits.

 

As soon as my order arrived, I remembered my strickt self imposed rule and - similar to our government - ignored it.

However, I actually started and almost finished painting all the new stuff I bought. And then I bought a Chaplain model because it looks so cool.

Im not going to even try to post a photo or a full list but lets just say I own most of 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, and 10th companies and have maybe 30% built and 10% painted...

I'm staying my hand on buying more DA right now, but this week will see another order from FW...

​Been mostly focusing on closing out my 40k SW army, so no changes as of now for my backlog.

I’ve finally taken the plunge back into 40k, so the pile is growing!

 

Currently have or on order:

Indomitus MTO (please ship soon!)

DA half of Dark Vengeance (have)

DA hellblasters box (have)

DA veterans box (on order)

RW command box, missing a few heads (on order)

 

My plan is to convert all the bikes into BK, so i picked up some plasma guns and some RW bits for that. Also go the primaris DA upgrade kit and a bunch of DWK shields. Should be fun to mod the Indomitus box!

 

I also need to see if I can unearth my collection from about 20 years ago that is probs in storage at my parents house. That would include another 5 DW, a couple squads of old marines and some HQs, including a metal Azrael. I honestly have no idea what condition those are in.

 

I have some outdoors projects to attend to while there is still time, but am looking forward to setting up a painting station for the fall and winter. :)

Man, this is going to be a depressing post once I finish it.

1. one indomitus box assembled, another unassembled. Bladeguard and bikes and one of each HQ will be DAs, the others space wolves.
2. Primaris Chaplain NIB
3. Interrogator Chaplin with Jump Pack assembled
4. Ravenwing Battleforce NIB (3 bikes, attack bike, and speeder)
5. Speeder that will be Talonmaster (have a ravenwing sprue ready for it) (NIB)
6. Ravenwing Command Squad box (3 chars or 3 black knights) (NIB)
7. Assault Squad and Sanguinary Guard squad (will be using the jump packs for DA and SW characters (and wolf guard) with Jump Pack, unsure whether the rest of the bits will be useful) (NIB)
8. DA specific Intercessors box that was available for a short time (NIB)
9. DA specific Hellblasters box - mostly assembled
10. Stormraven Gunship - needs to be stripped and repainted, most likely as DA rather than SW
11. Land Raider Crusader - needs to be stripped and repainted
12. Primaris parts of Tooth and Claw - New on sprue
13. Primaris parts of Shadowspear x 2 - (half are assembled, but unprimed)
14. DA Company Veterans squad (NIB)
15. Primaris Inceptors - assembled
16. Some Deathwing Termies and Knights that I bought from a guy who was clearing his collection - mostly primed
17. Ravenwing Dark Talon - NIB from dude above
18. Darkshroud - assembled
