Panzer Posted August 6, 2020 Share Posted August 6, 2020 GW isn't going anywhere. They'll eventually get round to eldar, and new models will be in scale with the newer Eldar models. Primaris are an attempt at 1) rescaling marines to be bigger than guardsmen (achieved) 2) making everything IP friendly, and unfriendly to 3rd party bitz sellers (achieved) 3) trying to redesign how the army works (models in a unit having the same weapon, smaller but more durable units, etc.) because it wasn't really good to give every Marine a different kind of weapon so the main aspect of Marines didn't get used as much (same goes for T'au Crisis Suits but that's just one unit compared to Tacticals, Devastators, Assault Marines, Bikes, Vanguard Veterans, etc). Titans are too big for me now, I shudder to think how they'd look given the pace of scalecreep...
