jbaeza94 Posted July 30, 2020 Share Posted July 30, 2020 The ac would not be able to shoot, as theyre not affected by BD, which is what the strat affects. Im not sure it would give you no penalty to shoot the SB though. It treats the unit as not moving for the application of the BD buff, which would mean rapid fire if you didnt move, not treat the the unit as if it didnt move in general.
