X armor, the smaller pauldron, is essentially them leaving the larger top pauldron off. I can't imagine the under pauldron being white as well. That's what I'm planning on doing if I get any Infiltrators. My Reivers also only have one white pauldron, though it's the little one as they've got a big studded pad where the large one would normally go.
