Don't worry, I'm sure no matter how the codex turns out there will be conspiracy theories aplenty.

The Crusade aspects of the podcast were very interesting, I especially like the idea of Astartes being able to cross the Rubricon for better or worse. It sounds as though it will be an excellent way to explore the game beyond regular matched play.

I had similar feelings about it. I’ve kinda willingly ignored it this whole time because I can’t/mostly don’t want to commit to long-term campaigns, but then Stu talked about how it can be used for pickup games and balanced against players who magically won 200 games in a week and are fully upgraded. I’m still a little skeptical that’s true but now I actually want to check it out. Certainly more interested in narrative than competitive gaming, but never engaged with it tbh.
