TiguriusX
Fly is expressly discussed for charges but appears to be missing from the discussion of heroic intervention (or i just missed it) For SW players this is crucial for a jump character with the armor of russ relic Can a model with fly (jump pack) ignore models when they heroic intervene? Anyone else have feedback this? Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/365877-fly-jump-packs-and-heroic-intervention/ Share on other sites
BLACK BLΠFLY
Jump packs only ignore intervening units during the movement phase. Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/365877-fly-jump-packs-and-heroic-intervention/#findComment-5588417 Share on other sites

Anyone else have feedback this? Considering the current wording, the rules are pretty clear (whether that was intentional or not). You can not ignore other models during an Heroic Intervention, only during a Normal Move, Advance, Fall Back or a Charge... Dr_Ruminahui
As a note, even if you could, you could never ignore enemy models as heroic intervention requires you to move as close as possible to the closest enemy model. That's not quite right. You just have to move closer to the nearest model. You don't have to move as close as possible to it. You could move 3" to get into range with a unit on the other side of the closest model, as long as you end closer to the closest model. You don't even need to end within engagement range of the closest model.
