The climax on the Horus Heresy end hasn't been written yet, but there are glimpses throughout 40k Dark Angels fiction - most notably a flipside narrative in The Unforgiven, the third book in the Legacy of Caliban trilogy by Gav Thorpe (which also builds heavily on Angels of Darkness and involves some plot points of The Purging of Kadillus in the first book especially).

A few of Gav's short stories also give hints as to the final war, but again, that's always connected more with unreliable narrators and frameworks that may be deceptive.

Gav hopes to be the one to wrap up the Caliban storyline after the Heresy's end (as in, narratively, it happens after the Siege), but nothing has been decided so far that we are aware of. It'll most assuredly be told in the future, by whoever, but it's still years out at best.

Looks like Book 9 in the Black Book series, released this week, will focus on that.

Nope, unless you are referring to the lions cleansing crusade of the beasts of caliban. The black book focuses on the Thramas crusade which is on the opposite side of the galaxy as Caliban. Caliban will get some good mentions and as always the narrator may hint at upcoming things but until we get to the scouring for both FW and BL there will likely be no official story until then.

Interesting so we get some input on dark angels vs night lords then.
