Black Legion help with final ~300pts wargear

My casual Black Legion list is at ~1700 and I need help with the last 300pts. The list is built for speed and while it's not competitive I'd like to make it as strong as possible while keeping the theme. Specifically, how should I load-out the Terminators, I haven't counted any weapons points on them yet; should I increase the squad to 10? Any other units that would compliment this list or help fill a glaring weakness? Thanks in advance!

 

2000pt Battalion:

 

Winged DP + Sword

Abaddon

Haarken

 

5x Chaos Marines

5x Chaos Marines

5x Chaos Marines

 

5x Terminators

 

10x Raptors + Power Fist + 3x Plasma Pistols

10x Warp Talons

 

Rhino

Heldrake

The idea is based around 3 attack groups: Abby+Terminators, Haarken+Raptors, Prince+Warp Talons. The Heldrake does it's thing and then the 3 squads of Marines go to objectives in Rhinos.

 

I have to equip the Terminators and then use the rest of the 300pts. *Recommend whatever for the Terminators, I realize I'm going to probably have to convert half of the weapons not included in that sad box*

 

I'm only using 15 Marines so I'll have 5 extra to build, what options should I build with those?

 

Also, would it be wise to wait for the 9e Codex before I start building?
