Garro: Sword of Thruth, info on Retribution Class

Hello everyone, by any chance has anyone listened to this work? Not being a native English speaker I have a hard time following him, particularly on the battlefleet armada forum, they wrote that it is claimed that the Retribution Class can blow up a planet with a single broadside of its weapons.

Could someone tell me where in the audio I have to listen to hear this part?

I dont recall anything like that, Retributions are a fairly standard battleship i thought? Even the biggest ships, even the literal Planet Killer, cant casually kill a planet though.
