I think thats fixable with greenstuff, you could give the front the mk III boot shape. I would use that as a basis for a primaris EC, looks a bit tall for a non mainline personality. If I wanted Sigi, I'll just buy the real one IMO. Looks nearly identical to old EC (save for helmet), very similar pose, right loadout, better details than 3D printed stuff above (at least in 28 mm scale), I am just surprised people don't seem to like that model... You'd probably want to add some general ornamentation as well, but that's true of any Primaris EC conversion that isn't just a ready made 3rd party miniature.
