98 Models Total Points and CP Cost 2000 -5CP resulting in 7 starting CP

 

So trying out foot slogging. So 4++/5+++ repentia do okay to take all the enemies fire. So gets 2 miracle dice per turn and start with 7 CP. Not sure if I should keep any retributors in strategic reserves, but they can march up with the army to get the re-rolls to hits and 4++ saves as they don't suffer -1 to hit for moving and shooting those MM. Almost 100 models, but 98 models should be large enough given its MSU to get objectives.

Foot slogging is something I'm looking into as well. thumping into the enemy with plenty of bloody rose sisters must be very fun to do. The list is so tight that it looks a bit forced. I think it's better to either go all in on melee and go bloody rose, or go all in on shooting and go valorous heart. Mixed does sound like it's fun. Powerswords on the sisters superior are looking very good for the points after the space marine codex drops. I'm very interested to hear how you do.

I don't think you can take beacon of faith twice btw, so it either is on Celestine or on a canoness.

Whoops that was meant to be indomnitable belief for the 4++ aura with celestine. Wanted to save the +2 CP with one brigade because we are greedy on relics. The 5 man squad are just for objectives, dont expect too much from them. The retributors mainly benefit from 4++ as they will be keeping up with the repentia's since they don't suffer -1 to hit while moving. 

 

I will be honest usually less than 1/4 of my army is still alive at the end. but enemy is in no better condition. killing 98 power armor troops over 17 units and 4 characters or 4++ is too difficult in 5 turns when u are getting hit but many multi-melta shots as well.
