Hey, guys, this is based on some of the feedback I received on Reddit about running an infantry list since I’m not a fan of the bike models, even though I understand the Vertus Praetors are good units to include. This is also based on the models I have available currently and hopefully will allow me to both learn 9th Edition and how Custodes play. I went with Solar Watch for now since everyone is foot-slogging. I’ll probably use Shadowkeepers at higher points values.

 

Any advice or feedback would be appreciated! I’ll probably swap out the Wardens for an Allarus bomb at higher points values.

I would suggest swapping the Wardens for Allarus Terminators, giving you a bit more stratagems to use and technically being foot-stodes too. (Strat to snipe cheap characters/snipers). I haven't seen wardens at all and doubt that they're a good designated Hammer.

 

If you got access to Forgeworld, swap 1 guard squad for Sagittarus Custodians - great babysitter for your home objective and decent range. They are treated as some of the best custodes units right now.
