First_Among_Brothers
I realize that this may sound silly to those of you not 100% into WYSIWYG, but I’m curious as to why the intercessor sprue has a boltgun with a scope (what I’m assuming is meant to be the stalker pattern variant) whereas an image search for this weapon comes up with a gun that has a slightly different chassis than the standard boltgun and what appears to be a long suppressor attached. Since I haven’t really played much 8th edition, I haven’t really paid attention until now... what’s considered tournament-acceptable for a stalker-pattern boltgun, and are some people taking an extra step to convert theirs? I ask bc I don’t even see stalker pattern bolters on Forgeworld for sale at the moment. Gederas
Intercessors have Stalker Bolt Rifles, not Stalker Boltguns. The Howling Griffon (foreground) has a Stalker Boltgun: The Intercessors Stalker Bolt Rifles look like what this Raven Guard is using: Intercessor Stalker Bolt Rifles are the ones with the straight clip, the sickle clip is the standard Bolt Rifle. Fajita Fan
I pinned plastic rod to my scoped bolt rifles to make suppressors for my stalkers to be WYSIWYG. I feel like those are the best guns for objective camping intercessors now that assault guys are available.
