I don't like to moan, but I'm so annoyed with McFarlane right now, I pre-ordered the unpainted Intercessor from Amazon several months ago and today is the day it's due to arrive.  Well I get and email a few minutes ago from Amazon telling me the manufacturer has cancelled the order.  Great, thanks a bunch.:verymad:

I got this response from McFarlane customer services:

Hi Simon

Thank you for contacting McFarlane Toys Customer Service regarding.   I sent your issue to our Sales Team and they said the item is not cancelled, but there seems to be a glitch in the Amazon system.  They will be contacting Amazon today to see what is going on.  I'll get back to you once I have an update.

Thank You,
McFarlane Toys Customer Service

I think it's more to do with GW wanting to be only ones selling these for that 1 week only window they are offering starting the 10th of this month

You should charge them interest!

No doubt yours is not the only cancelled preorder, and no doubt they've used the money for businnes in the meantime.

I mean it as a joke, but it'd be fun to see their reactions if they've got a few e-mails each with an invoice for the debt they've racked up towards the customers. Naturally we're counting with daily bank interest rates. And not the kind you get on a loan, rather the kind they charge when someone missed a payment.

Who knows, maybe some american lawyers can actually pull it off? :smile.:

AMEN!

I thought Amazon didn't charge for pre-orders until they ship? Still, shame that you may not get your figure.

So Amazon are blaming the Supplier now (McFarlane Toys) for not providing the item, McFarlane Toys say that is not true, they have provided all the items ordered, so when I challenged Amazon about this they accused me of ordering from a 3rd Party Seller and tried to pass the blame onto a non-existent 3rd Party Seller, then when I called them out on the order being from them, they then tell me "oh it's first come first served and yes I ordered it 3 months ago, but they are now sold out" utter useless  shower of liars!
