The_Chaplain
Does anyone have any idea about how to paint one of these/have a link to a tutorial or an image from the codex about how these should be painted to be fit in with the Silent Kings dynasty? Anticontrarian
Transferring the paint scheme from the new monolith's reveal video should work effectively enough. Black for the main hull, dark green stone for the vault interior, and then just apply metallics where appropriate. I'd go for a dark steel on the internal cabling, with brass on the weaponry and "twiddly bits" at the top of each quarter. Should be easy enough to duplicate the Canoptek Spyder from the back of the monolith for all eight of them around the hull. Hope this helps! :) Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/366812-szarekhan-tesseract-vaultobelisk/#findComment-5613591 Share on other sites

I'm more than a little intimidated by the model- but am looking forward to painting it eventually. Might even go the extra mike and figure out how to LED wire it for eerie green flickering spookiness Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/366812-szarekhan-tesseract-vaultobelisk/#findComment-5613765 Share on other sites
