These legionaries who now belong to Shkarr barely held it together on Isstvan III. On Isstvan V they could not respond to verbal ques and was seconded (forever) to Shkarr’s rampagers. . In a moment of clarity Shkarr responded on the question why he keeps these drooling maniacs so close with “they remind my of all we lost”, Shkarr then lost verbal capability again.
