Thanks everyone. The new plastic Scorpius kit is a real joy to build and paint.

I picked up the most recent box, and I've started working on Azrael (and Vashtorr, but that's for another thread).

 

Most of the base colors have been laid out, although there are a few more to do. After I finish the rest of those, we're to washes, glazes for the robes and highlights, along with the one decal on his right shoulderpad.

 

This is really a fantastic model, I really love what they did with it. Even with the update to the armor mark, the second you see him, you know exactly what character he is, which means they did a good job updating them.

Got my Azrael as well but he will be red :).

 

Azrael will always be one of my favourite characters.
