Easiest Chapter to paint

Relictors are grey armor, black field and silver accents. Pretty easy.

I’d go for Iron Skulls ...

 

spray can black base coat

spray can silver

wash like crazy

 

Super easy and fast.

I think metallic armor is probably the easiest to paint, as said by grotsmasha and bbf. Silver Skulls, Guardians of the Covenant, etc. are all quite easy to paint, and there's options where Silver Skulls are Ultramarine successors, GotC are Dark Angels, Iron Knights are Imperial Fists, etc.

Ive been looking at Iron Knights. They do look good.
