Infiltrator Comms Array and Chapter Master

Can't see this mentioned anywhere but in the last codex, upgrading your Phobos Captain to a Chapter Master replaced the Rites of War ability, which meant it did not work with the Infiltrator Comms Array. I notice in this codex upgrading to a Chapter Master just gives you an extra ability to select a Core unit and reroll all misses.

 

So, if I upgrade my Phobos Captain to a Chapter Master, can all my Infiltrators rerolls hits of one as well as a nearby Core unit being selected to reroll all misses? Quite the improvement if so!

Yes, it still works by my reading. The comms array now works if there's a phobos unit with Rites of Battle on the battlefield. So not only does it work with a generic Chapter Master and either kind of Phobos Lieutenant, it now also works with Shrike. This actually seems pretty good to me, at only 5 points for the upgrade.
