To type them all would take a long time, I suggest you go search on YouTube for a video explanation.

A quick note on them, most (if not every) mission has a primary and a secondary mission. The primary being take and hold, this is grabbing objectives. Hold 1 or more (sometimes 2 or more) for 5 points, hold 2 or more (sometimes 3 or more) for 5 points, and hold more then you opponent for 5 points. This is checked during each of your command phases after the first battle round. So you can earn 15 per round and you are only allowed to score 45 points for this over the course of the game. This mission is always in play.

There are four categories for secondaries plus the mission secondary. You can only choose 1 from each category and/or the mission specific 1, but a max of 3 total. They tell you when they are scored, some are at the end of movement, end of turn, end of you command phase, end of battle, etc. You can never score more then 15 points per secondary during the battle, but some are capped at lower points. A max score of 45 points for your total of secondary missions.

You also can earn 10 points if your army is battle ready (painted and based). So you can potentially earn 100 points per game.

Recently I've been running while we stand we fight with Typhus, Necrosis, and a DP. In the last 6 games I've scored all 15 points in 4 games and 10 in the other 2. I take deploy scramblers which I have scored in all those games, I know it's only worth 10 points, but it is an easy one for me. My third choice depends on the mission and/or my opponents list. I played Necrons yesterday and I chose the mission secondary just because I wanted to see how it worked. I only scored 6 points off it because I have a slow army and he had the 3 objectives covered well. In hindsight I should have stuck with engage on all fronts where I would have scored 10 points. The final score was 65-67 Necron win.
