Maybe i'm being blind, but these seem to have appeared in the downloads section of Warhammer community where they weren't there before?

 

They're dated 16th July this year so maybe I just missed it?

Yeah, they were added in over the summer with some freshened up graphics. Assuming it means they'll not feature in any upcoming books / be re-released so GW is happy to have the rules out there for free now.
