1000pts Emperor's Children

So a small event is going ahead at a store, and I've decided to take my emperor's children, these are the two lists I am thinking of, though just taking 30 odd noise marines and a few characters is tempting;

 

List one:

Chaos lord with jumppack, twin lightning claws, loathsome grace and intoxicating elixer (am tempted to go for flames of spite for the mortal wounds with sheer amount of attacks he has)

Dark apostle with rement of the Maravanglia, blissfull devotion and warpsite plea

10 noise marines (8 sonic blasters, 2 blastmasters, lightning claw)

10 noise marines (8 sonic blasters, 2 blastmasters, chainsword)

10 chaos cultists

3 bikers (2 melta guns, combi melta)

spawn

2 hellforged rapiers with c beam cannons

second list is 

Lord and apostle same as above

2 10 strong noise marine squads with 2 blastmasterts and 8 sonic blasters)

2 bike squads, each with a combi melta and one melta gun

contemptor dreadnought with death claw, combi bolter and multi melta.

both lists presume that the FW bits will stay roughly the same, I'm also debating swapping the lords loadout for a thunder hammer and combi melta but not sure it is worth it.
