My assumption is that you have the current official mini:

There was a different model in 6th edition, but I think that was in Finecast:

The "first" Spiritseer mini was actually a conversion of a Warlock model. This was during 3rd edition and used a metal Warlock with some green stuff for the plume:

With the overall similarities with the other aeldari psykers, it shouldn't be too difficult to convert a unique Spiritseer. Some sandpaper and/or green stuff is all you need to make the featureless mask. It would only take a bit of work to turn a singing spear into a witch staff (unless you use Eldrad Ulthran).

For a finecast model it wasn't quite so bad as others were in that material, perhaps because the mold was designed with it in mind? For years I didn't understand people who didn't like finecast because I had zero issue with this model

I’ve had lots of issues with the material, especially a terminator librarian that took 4 goes before I found a acceptable one

Hopefully this will be an exception

Spiritseer I believe was just a 10pt upgrade to a single warlock, before they made it into a unique character in their own right in~6th. The finecast one was the first official/dedicated model, later replaced by the plastic.

From what I know, models that were designed with finecast in mind came out ok, it's the ones that were designed to be in metal that were then converted to finecast which had most of the issues, different material densities and all.

Very nice. I'll have to keep this in mind if I ever get that model.

I used a spare head from the Crimson Hunter / Hemlock Wraithfighter pilot, kit comes with two helmets, a aspect warrior flavoured and a spiritseer falavoured one.
