Sanguinary priests are seconded to the Deathwatch specifically to help watch for such things in order to better keep the secret. Also, only the most stable of brothers would be sent in order to help mitigate the chance that they fall.

I imagine that BA Deathwatch candidates are instructed by the chapter on what the signs of falling are and how to watch for them, with emphasis on what to do if they fall while away from the chapter. I would not be surprised if, "Make a glorious last stand atop a pile of dead enemies" is somewhere near the top of the list.

How does the death watch deal with blood angels in their ranks falling to the black rage?

I remember reading that members of that geneseed stick together in a Kill Team to sort of monitor each other.

This would be a neat idea for a Veteran Assault Intercessor squad. A bunch of BA and their descendants gone nuts in a Death Company style kill team?
