I started a DIY chapter a little while back, The Azure Drakes.  They were started when I saw the new Elf models, and really liked their scheme, so I decided to see how it would look on Marines:

 

I liked how it looked, so now I'm working on the rest of the 4th company.

The 4th company will be a standard battle company.  The 3rd will be spec. ops, so Infiltrators, Incursors, etc.  The 2nd will be a heavy battle company (All gravis) and the 1st will be the namesake of the chapter...mounts.  Outriders, ATV's, Gladiators, Speeders, and Thunderwolf calvary (using Drcoliths as the mounts).  Eventually I'll do Logan Grimnar himself using a Magmadroth as the basis.
