Potential Project: Astartes Equites ?

I have a fair amount of trade value due at an online store and my Raven Guard successors are pretty well set as an infantry list. I am considering a list (likely less competitive) as a change of pace. I was curious what you guys thought of this list. It is built around my desire to play a lot of tanks with minimal infantry support and still be "competitive". The Invictors are there for midfield support and ... because I have them already, Successor name to be determined but I have a red and blue color scheme in mind similar to my Warhawks.
