Reskin
Vindicare's stealth suit When resolving an attack made with a ranged weapon against this model, subtract 1 from the hit roll. If this model is on a terrain feature, subtract 2 from the hit roll instead. Now, is this a case where the codex rule > the basic rule in the BRB? I looked at the Officio Assassinorium FAQ here and I couldn't see anything that over ruled this or errata it. Is there somewhere else I should be looking? duz_
There are multiple instances where you can subtract more than 1 for the result, however it's always capped at +/-1. It has more to do with the math behind it. Eg. Someone shooting at the assassin might have +1 so the assassins -2 means that they still get a -1 benefit. However against someone with no bonus it's still capped at -1.
