Debauchery101
What better choice could there be than an overzealous mentally challenged marine who yell ear piercing declarations of purging to encase inside a huge metallic body to embark on an eternal purge of the foul xenos...than a Black Templar Marine His final form before paint Ryltar Thamior, Brother Lunkhead and Cpt_Reaper 3 Back to top Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/367712-deathwatch-redemptor/ Share on other sites

Debauchery101
Got the weathering pretty much done. When I finish the base I'll add some Martian dust to its feet. I attempted to free hand words on the silver arm but failed. So instead I made a mold out of one of the corvus blackstar front hatches. I'll trim out the symbol and attach that to the shoulder pad instead. Debauchery101
Beautiful work. How will you decorate the Dreadnought's base? I plan on a fairly simple red earth but ill add more rockery for him to stand on Here's my final piece before finishing his base. I dunno why I didn't go this route before. Looks so much better Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/367712-deathwatch-redemptor/#findComment-5635959 Share on other sites
Replica
Really nice work! The weathering and chipping have really elevated it, and the blue on the claw is very striking. I didn't notice how bare the claw shoulder was until you added the last piece, really rounds it out nicely! I also like going over the top with adornements when marines are from the Black Templars...aka the Adeptus Swag-startes.
