Looking to do a sweet kitbash between a Space Wolf Venerable Dred kit and a Contmeptor and can’t find the model for sale anywhere!

 

Any idea what is up?

He's looking for the Space Wolves Venerable Dreadnought (The kit that makes Bjorn, Murderfang, etc.) That has left the webstore, at least in certain locations.

Thanks for the replies! I was worried I missed out after all these years and now had to spend $100 being ripped off for it on some other site!

 

Hopefully just a repackage; and will wait with a stein of mJod patiently.

All joking aside, a lot of the imperium's stuff was built on the idea of "Beat your plowshare into a sword, and then back into a plowshare." The rhino is a tractor with places to mount armor plating and weapons.

I got lucky sunday and went one town over to get the new supp and sm codex and found one. Already have Bjorn, trying to decide what to make next. Leaning towards axe/shield dread

Magnets mate. Dreads are the simplest to magnetize

+1 for magnets.

 

Axe/Shield is best for Ven Dreads as the extra hitting power stacks well with our +1 to-Hit.

 

Claw/Shield probably works better for Wulfen Dreads as you then have a fast, cheap(ish) hitty unit that makes a great distraction carnifex. Dual heavy flamers are definitely worth the points on this boy now.
