No chapter master upgrade for captains No assault or biker marines No scouts of any sort No Devastators, tacticals or sternguard Dw has the option to give a character 1 of the chapter specific warlord traits. Characters can take relics, traits and psychics from both Only the DW units in the supplement have access to the equipment and wargear in it.
