2000p White Scars 5th brotherhood, theme/competitive, good?

This list comes to 1835 points, which leaves some room to play around with. What do you think:

 

---HQ:

1 Primaris Chaplain on bike -Thinking Master of Snares. Relics + Litanies?

2 Phobos Librarians - one Obscuration, one Stormspeaking

 

---TROOPS:

2x10 Incursors with Haywire Mines

2x5 Intercessors with Auto Bolters, Powerfist

 

---FAST ATTACK:

6 Plasma Inceptors

2x3 Outriders

 

---HEAVY SUPPORT:

2x3 Eradicators

 

 

 

Haven't properly played 40k since the beginning of 6th ed. So advice on Warlord traits, relics etc are much appreciated.
