Who would you pick to go primaris next?

I will place a helmet on him I think, or see if I can change the paint job and make it look better. I'm thinking of trying the crest from a MK III kit on a Primaris helmet. Don't know if it will work yet.

 

I'm not working on Ultramarines proper, but I like to pick up the BL characters regardless.

As someone building Emperor's Spears, the Mark III helmet crest fits on Primaris helmets without any issue

Perfect, I think I'll pick up two. One to make Ventris and another for a Novamarines captain.

 

Of which, I actually wish they would do something like Lazarus next. I think a serviceable miniature for all successors is extremely valuable. I am biased playing Novamarines here however.

Well you can't make a comment like that and NOT post up a picture of your work on a Novamarine Captain when you get the model! ;)

This Ventris model might be the only Primaris model I buy.

I think other than the backpack, his armour’s ornate enough to pass off as Mk VIII armour, and his bolter looks like a regular non-Primaris one. (Head canon he’ll be pre-Primaris Uriel). Definitely giving him a helmet though. Maybe a Mk IV?

I will when it comes out, been busy recently. But working on a Novamarines and a Lamenters army for 9E now.
