Hey How did the battle turn out? just reviewing 9th now, always good to see how Chaos fares against new marines and the like

So it went pretty well, a loss but I’ve rarely won any games. The 3 man marine squads with the mega meltas are some brutal bastards! I tried for the psychic ritual thing to go for a thematic battle against Black Templars, but failed to get any of that going, they get tons of deny the witch rolls. Double great unclean ones are pretty gnarly, but I held one in reserve and was basically blocked from putting him anywhere good by deep striking dreadnaughts. Just too damn big of a model to have much options to drop later in the game.
