Statting Obscurities

Hey I'm in need of some advice. I'm running a second edition Dark Heresy game, and intend to make the Big Problem Enslavers. I've been fascinated with them since I learned they nearly wiped the galaxy of any psychic-susceptible life and compounded that when I read bout the Stormwardens.

 

Unfortunately I have no idea at all how to stat these, does anyone have any advice?

The Enslavers can be found in Creatures Anathema (Dark Heresy 1st Edition), pp.88-89. Alternately, you can find them in the Deathwatch supplement Ark of Lost Souls, pp.137-138, which inlcudes stats for enslaved troops and psykers.
