Indefragable... As someone who has never taken latin but thru a grimdârk spin on things, the Owsleyvanian translation of VIXth as namesaking, is 16 as our current pilot is the 16th of his lineage to pilot this great knight

To be clear, Latin/Roman numerals (which is what the Imperium uses as "gothic" in 40k/30k) : would have 16 as XVI. X = 10, V = 5, I = 1, VI = 6, so X + VI = 16. Details here

 

Now if in the bolded part above you mean to point out that your faction speaks a different language or such and VIX is how you mean for them to write 16, then by all means carry on. I apologize if this post comes off as patronizing or such, that is not my intent, just want to make sure you did not make a typo or such.
