If you have wraiths would you get ophydians even tho the wraiths got  nerfed? If you had neither what would you choose?

I'm not sure, I don;t think a lot of the ophydian ability to disappear, wait a turn and reappear, it doesn't seem that useful really vs taking them oyut of action for like a couple turns.

The wraiths now having ws/bs of 4+  sucks. Plus one big PITA with them s the fact they're very top heavy and tip over is you look at them hard, plus they seem to be quantum entangled so if two of them come with 6" of each other they end up hooked together and you have to carefully separate them.

I have a squad of wraiths. I probably won't find any ophydians in my armies, mostly since I dislike how fragile they are in comparison to other choppy necron units (Lychguard, Skorpehks, Wraiths, lords, etc). They're quick, and murderous, but Wraiths have a durability and synergy that I just don't think that Ophydians can match. Cryptek buffs, stratagem support, even dynastic codes. The Ophydians will murder anything they touch, yes, but my concern is getting them to touch the enemy in the first place. My preferred playstyle is the grindstone, and ophydians unfortunately can't really help me with that.

Wraiths getting an extra attack makes up for the 4+ WS and dropping 10pts to go 4++ is fine. They lost the advance and charge strat which is a bugger but would still consider them over Ophydians. Fall and charge gives them a great ability to get to exposed characters and objective holders too
