So instead of 3 shots + 3 shots + d6 Morkai bolt + 3 shots + d6? Which means all six shots counts as one weapon system. Karhedron Posted January 26, 2021 Share Posted January 26, 2021 I think a better caddy for the Morkai Bolts might be an Eliminator Sergent with Instigator Bolt Carbine. He has BS2+ which minimise the risk of missing and it provides a dual use for the Carbine if you want the Eliminators to be hopping from cover to cover. Like Karhedron mentioned BS 2 is pretty big deal. Really depends on if you have a character slot open though. As far as rules go there isn't anything that appears to stop you from using the aggressor pack leader's other gear. I'm not sure how the timing would work as far whether the unit would benefit from the bolt, I assume they wouldn't. Karhedron Posted January 26, 2021 Share Posted January 26, 2021 Actually that makes sense. Morkai bolts trigger on the Hit which occurs before you roll to wound. So even if you consider all shooting from a squad to be simultaneous, the effect still kicks in before you start rolling to wound.
