Bloody Legionnaire
Hello all, has anyone used non citadel/gamesworkshop produced bases that can speak to their quality? I've found some bulk 32mm bases on ebay that are about 15USD for 100 bases. That's a lot more cost effective than the GW route. Azekai
In my experience, as long as the bases look the same at a glance as GW, it's workable. You will likely get some warped ones, and sometimes you will have to buff down rough edges or bits of plastic flash. battle captain corpus
I use Green Stuff Worlds 32mm bases as they are insanely cheaper and fine. Though they are slightly (probably about 1mm?) lower in height but hey ho! Razblood
I got 100 cheap ones on the bay of e and they're exactly the same as GW ones, just a bit rough around the edges and a bit smoother on top. andes
Coincidentally, I ordered a bag of 100 32mm generic bases from Amazon a couple of days ago (hooray for Ork Boyz Rebasingpalooza '21!). They're essentially identical to GW bases. Pics below, GW base is the one on the right. battle captain corpus 1 Back to top Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/368875-non-citadelgw-bases/#findComment-5664251 Share on other sites
