At one point I did back their Krieg kick starter but backed out because I had never backed one before and didn't understand the in's and out's.
I'm waiting for those to come up for sale on their website.

I haven't backed but followed the kickstarter. Most people are getting their models now and many are not happy with how thin they are compared to DKoK (they seem to be closer to historicals than anything else).

One of the backers also mentioned on dakka dakka that the human sized models seem very different in terms of production (potentially 3d printed, although Shieldwolf says it was all cast) from how the larger stuff like horses and ogryns was cast, which is something that was never mentioned during or after the campaign.

Some pictures from one of the backers can be found here:

EDIT: According to an update on the old kickstart, the infantry was cast using the new method of casting they called wolfcast. Not sure what that actually means and they didn't say why it is different from the bigger stuff. It might be a different resin mix to save the molds for longer runs, but the visual difference is way bigger than it is usual with resin kits from the same company (and resin does vary in colour and detail within the same supplier from time to time), so I would advise caution until some more pictures/reviews come up.

Thanks for the replies, I looked through the comments section of the previous KS campaign (I’m not super tech-savvy, it took a few minutes to find) and I do see some worrying trends with people who have received their infantry. Very disappointing, if they were a little closer to the 3D renders, these would be a serious consideration for alternate krieg and tallarn, but if the details are obscured, or just not evident in the final casting (or printing since that still could be a suspect issue) I will watch this from a safe distance and hope they consider some manufacturing changes or tweaks in response to customer concerns.

Some reviews on the models already circulating:

One of the reviewers mentions that the grey resin is sturdier than the yellow one, so I think that indicates it is not 3d printed as sturdiness is not typically what you get with UV cured resin.

Although that reviewer also mentions that the grey resin seems to have more shallow details, once painted the detail level seems similar so perhaps it is more of a illusion than a reality due to the different colouring. Will keep an eye open for more reviews.
