Space Marine Codex vs Chapter Codex clarification

So can I use stratagems from the Imperial Fist codex (V8) with the Space Marines codex (V8)?

 

If yes are there limitations?

You’d have to use the new 9th edition marine codex and the 8th edition Imperial Fist codex for your stratagems.
