I love Zagstruk but he used to be a Nob for stormboyz but I don’t think he’s worth the HQ slot. The main advantage of Orks is even using 20 man boyz squads you can fill out a battalion pretty easily. I'd paint up both and test em out to see which suits your preferred game play style, in bigger games i'd be inclined to use both...
