Berzul
Hey guys. I am in a debate with myself between these two warlord traits. For a smash master with rites if initiation. What would you guys think to be the best way to add survivability to said character? A static -1D to all attacks? Surviving getting killed, until the end of the turn? Brother Ramael
I like staying alive, ty Seriously, -1D could be worth running as well on the classic DV Gravis Angel's Artifice Primaris Brick commander, with IC, 2+ armor and so on it gan get very annoying. Unless you're packing a TD on a smash cap I'd go with Calibanite Knight though. Berzul
Thing is, in what scenarios could Stubborn Tenacity come into play? Most obvious would be if you get killed in melee before striking back. But you have a stratagem for that. Since it works to keep you alive until the end of the TURN and not the ROUND, if you get killed outside of your turn, you won't do much with the character. Getting killed in YOUR turn might be more useful, but it is hard to die in YOUR turn. As for Calibanite Knight, I like it. But I use it on another character, because my company master has a Thunder Hammer, so getting the "wounding on 2+" is not that useful, overall. Instead, I have a lieutenant with a Heavenfall Blade, with whom wounding always on a 2+ is awesome.
