Terminator Primus Medicae weapons

Does a Primus Medicae with Terminator armor replace his needle pistol and narthecium with the combi-bolter and power weapon, or does he keep those things AND have a combi-bolter and power weapon?  I was a little confused on that (just kitbashed mine together yesterday, with the narthecium and needle pistol).

no as the wargear that the primus medicae receives is in addition to their existing gear so he would have access to the combi-bolter, power weapon, needle pistol and narcethium

This makes them the only Terminator Armor model able to benefit from +1A from having a Pistol and CCW

...which is hilarious from a Hippocratic Oath standpoint.
