So after a long absence away in the war i have returned.  I was drawn back to the hobby after a few big changes in my personal life.  Also the new Macfarlane space marine action figure peeked my interest and after purchasing that i started to look at the new space marines ranges.  I bought the starter 8th addition box set without knowing that 9th edition had already been release 6 months prior to it.

Not that i was planning on playing any games.  The new primaris  (well new for me being out the hobby since 5th edition) looked awesome.  Even the basic marines looked amazing to me.  Only problem was that they were not Wolfy enough for me.  Having got rid of all my models (bar a few ooop ones) i had no wolf accessories to use.

Lucky for me along comes a very generous member of this forum who sent me loads of wolf accessories from the old GH and BC packs.

Anyway for now here is my attempt at painting.  My photobucket account cant hold more pictures i am sure it used to be unlimited to here is my attempt from another hosting site.  hopefully it works.

Yes the lighting could be better and pls nobody tell me about drilling bolters.

They look good, and welcome back to the painting fold!

As long as you are just storing 40K stuff, why not use your gallery here, so you could display your images directly on the site? I think you'll probably get more comments that way.

Primaris definitely need some work to get them to that Space Wolves feeling, so it's not gone, gone, gone - we can go on...
