3k Pts Dark Angels w/the Lion

Hey I am fairly new to HH tabletop (especially with the lack of games this last year) and was looking for some critique on my list. I really like the visual of the Lion surrounded by a bunch of his Inner Circle guys, (not a big fan of companions tbh) and the intention with the Warmonger is to deep strike him in with the Dreadwing Interemptors. I know from reading that a lot of people are bored of primarch's w/termies in Spartans, but I dont really know another good way except perhaps a Kharybdis. (which sorry but I think is an ugly model!)

The SBT is mostly just there because I really like the model and want to fit it in.

Im a newb, so is this too strong for an average game? Too weak? Too much points jammed into a Spartan w/o a flare shield?

Why not take "Primarch's Chosen"?

It doesn't matter if the Cenobium are not troops because you already have 3 vet squads, and moving Lion to the HQ slot would cut the expenses of the Warmonger and the Nuncio-Voxes.
Use the points of the Sicaran or Fire Raptor to buy the Intermptors a Proteus Raider, and use the newly freed HS to transform the Contemptor Mortis into a Deredeo for better anti-air.

I would highly suggest taking stalkers instead of weaponmasters on the vets. The DA legion rule already lets them hit on 3s against other WS4 units and the amount of times they're in melee against a dedicated WS5 unit, well they're probably already dead.

 

I'd also highly suggest fitting in a flare shield on the spartan. That's one of the reasons it's taken so much.
