It shouldn't be hard to find some suitable cloth bags locally. They are very common with other games so even non gaming stores might have some useful bags.

The other option is to just craft one if you have the time. Anyone can do quick and dirty sewing to close the sides of the bag and you can just pierce the area near the top and pass a string or rope through it for closing and opening.

They can't advertise them anymore but you can ask for a custom dice bag from this site:

and they will make you a dice bag with whatever 40k army/symbol you want on the bag. I have a dice bag from them for each of my armies.

I supported a Kickstarter back in 2016 for a 'Bag of Superior Sorting' (BoSS) and it's the best dice bag I've ever owned; it's a draw-string bag with one large center compartment, a first layer of four large pockets on the sides, then another layer of eight smaller pockets built into the four larger pockets. Plenty of space to sort a tape measure, dice, tokens, and any other small gaming aids you might have and it's about the size of a softball or large grapefruit.

Unfortunately, it looks like whoever did the project didn't follow up and start producing them beyond the funding drive. However, if you look it up and see how the bag was designed it appears there are other places producing similar multi-compartment dice bags.
