What chapters are active in the Segmentum Pacificus?

Specifically, I’m wondering what chapters are present in the segmentum pacificus

Well for home worlds you have:

 

Guardians of the Covenant on Mortikah VII 

White Consuls on Sabatine (former) 

 

Chapters of the Adeptus Astartes in the Sabbat Worlds Crusade

 - Imperial Fists

 - Iron Snakes

 - Raven Guard

 - Silver Guard

 - White Scars

 

Bellrath Crusade had eight chapters including:
-  Sons of Medusa

 - The Tome Keepers 

 

There are lot of marines moving around

There are hundreds of chapters, maybe into thousands now with the Ultima Founding, scattered across the Imperium. Chapters also send their troops to distant battlefields even in different Segmentums (for example the Blood Angels sent three companies to fight in the 13th black crusade even though Baal is half the galaxy away).

 

I guess my point is that while no definitive listing of chapters in a specific segmentum or sector exists, in terms of fluff it is perfectly reasonable to place elements of any chapter there.

Specifically, I’m wondering what chapters are present in the segmentum pacificus

 

The 9th edition Codex: Space Marines map places the White Consuls, White Templars, Dark Sons, and Exorcist homeworlds in Pacificus (Sabatine noted as ruined and other sources put Darkhold and Banish in Obscurus). The Storm Wings are right on the border from Segmentum Solar. Fleet Tertius Battle Group Erastus Task Force V with a force of Black Templars and Fulminators is noted passing through on their way to the Annihilus warp rift in Tempestus around Cretacia. The Lions Defiant had their homeworld in the segmentum, but it was lost during the Night of a Thousand Rebellions. Lexicanum also lists the Guardians of the Covenant as being based in Pacificus.
