2000pts White Scars successor TAC list

Haven't been able to get a game of 9th yet due to various lock downs and restrictions but was looking for some feed back on the list below. I'm not a competitive player but want to be able to have good games against a diverse set of players.

In addition I want to run an only first born army because it's a DIY chapter and head cannon.

 

The current plan is to run them as inheritors of the primarch; have the Tactical Squads and Razorbacks hold the deployment zone whilst the Vanguard Vets move up to mid board with the librarian. The bike squads support the Vanguard Vets and the Landspeeders try and cause maximum disruption in the opponent's deployment zone. The terminators teleport in where needed.
