Fallen Character ideas

I'm planning on building a couple Fallen Captains and Librarians for my Crusade force to give my opponent options to chose from when playing the hunt the fallen mission.

 

I've been playing only pure Ravenwing for the past several editions, so I'm a little out of touch for what is a good build for infantry characters.  I was looking for some recommendations for how to kit out the different characters.

 

I have a box of the old robed DA veterans that I was planning on using as the base and was planning on picking up a box of Vanguard Veterans to get some more options for their kit.  The plan was to build 2 Captain and 2 Librarians, 1 of each with a jump pack.

 

How would you recommend building each of them?

Hmmm. I always interpreted it as you could add a Captain or Librarian with their base load out. However, I guess it doesn’t matter much with crusade - it’s more about the story of where these particular Fallen came from.

I have no input except to say that sounds like a really cool idea, setting up your friend's Hunt the Fallen mission.
