So... play the waiting game until August, and then freak out August 31st if nothing official has dropped? It’s not ideal, but I think I can do that.

I think the Emperors children vs Templars box is much more likely. 

I expect a huge, A HUGE, Chaos Space Marines Release as major threat.

Abbi is THE antagonist in 40k and the PA supps were in the same book as our supplement. 

 

And after Death Guard and Thousand Sons there are special legions (god specific) to be released yet.

Is that not just the cover that the guy on the Facebook group put together for his lore compendium? He posted it initially with no context and no disclaimer on the cover that it was a fan piece and caused a few coronaries!

I think it is fake (or, at best, prototype of cover) - size of "codex supplement" doesnt fit "black templars" logo. Plus it has additional markers on top of "codex supplement" (find existing covers of blood angels supplements or death guard).

Key cover aspects are a central well outlined figure and the art is cleaner for the most part.

To kill my own buzz a little, someone pointed out there banner icons at the top, and we can see some faction symbols from both AoS and 40k. Sisters feature prominently (of course they do), and there is no BT symbol. So I'm just gonna assume its still too early, and we're getting nothing this time.

I am pretty sure that the reveal is just about the next few releases. And we all know that AdMech, Sisters and Orks are before. So why they should reveal anything which is 4 books far...

 

But there is one circumstand I could think of... Like the reveal last year. One Trailer in the end which just showed up a few secounds the new models. And we know the models yet. So it could be a small teaser which showing just a small tiny bit of Helbrechts new model.

I ´ve seen its about Sisters, AdMech, Orks, GSC, House Raven and Imperial Guard AND Thousand Sons. So I think they will get rules there. Must not be a own codex.

Excelt for SM and drukhari, those are all the factions that feature in some way or another in the Charadon campaign so far.

So just to clarify with a genuine question, has there been any type of confirmation or hints that BT are getting a supplement? I am hoping we'll get some news next week but I've not seen where the rumours have come from.

As pointed out in the very beginning of this thread, GW themselves stated (last year?) that BT (along with BA, DA and SW) would get a codex supplement. This was a deinitive statement, and they've had ample time to correct it if it was a mistake. They have not yet.

 

Then on top of that there is a fair bit of rumors, the original source of which I am not privvy to. People with access to them, directly or indirectly (Valrak, Laeroth, Sete, and anyone else I don't recall making comments here suggesting they know more than they can say...) however all point in the same direction, which was originally an april release that was pushed back due to the second wave covid delays to the end of summer.
